Lonely Planet’s Ultimate Travel List
International travel may have dwindled down to a small fraction of what it was last holiday season. However, you can still explore your own country and work on your bucket list in the meantime. Back in October, Lonely Planet released the 2nd edition of their Ultimate Travel List. In addition to 200 new destinations, it also has an updated ranking of their 500 best places on the planet. It belongs on any serious travelers’ holiday shopping list.
Ultimate Travel List Giveaway
I’ve partnered with Lonely Planet to give away three copies of their Ultimate Travel List, second edition. I included this book in my holiday shopping guide for travelers. Now it’s time to share it with three lucky winners.
So, here’s how to win:
- Follow @lonelyplanet on Instagram, and make sure you’re following me as well.
- Comment on the post above by tagging someone you would love to travel the world with and mention one or more of the places you want to travel with them.
- Bonus entry if you sign up for my email list (form below).
- Bonus entry if you follow me on Twitter.
Winners will be drawn on Friday, December 18. You must have a ship-to address in the United States in order to claim your copy of Lonely Planet’s Ultimate Travel List, second edition. Good luck!

I hope you will be one of the lucky winners. But if you’re not, you can still purchase the book via their online shop or on Amazon.
Done, done and done! I’ve put a lot more effort in to my Bucket List and doing things I’ve only dreamed about. I’d take my husband to Israel or Japan!
For me, Israel was a once in a lifetime trip. Japan is the kind of place you can keep revisiting. I’ve been three times since 2007.
