The 2024 DC Travel & Adventure Show
I’m pleased to announce that on February 25, I’ll be speaking at the 2024 DC Travel & Adventure Show. The annual travel show will take place February 24-25 at the Washington Convention Center. The venue has its own stop along the DC Metro Green and Yellow lines.

The show will follow the same format as those around the country. I’ve been attending the show in DC since as early as 2016. Other New York-based travel writers and TV hosts will include Peter Greenberg, Patricia Schultz, Andrew McCarthy, and Pauline Frommer.

Accommodation options near the Washington Convention Center
There are several hotels located within walking distance of the convention center. I’ll be staying at the Kimpton Banneker Hotel, which is part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts group. It’s within walking distance of the Washington DC Convention Center. I’m looking forward to trying Le Sel, which is the hotel restaurant.
After the 2024 DC Travel & Adventure Show, I’ll be moving to InterContinental Washington D.C. The Wharf, which is another IHG property. With the hotel as a base, I plan to explore the area and try a couple of the Wharf neighborhood restaurants, including Limani and Philippe Chow.
