This is a brilliant idea! The best part of many of our travels was doing things and going to places that other travellers told us about. It’s way better than guide books.
I always feel that local tours are a really nice way of knowing the area from a local person. They know it so well that they tend to tell the tourists everything and make it interactive.
This is such a great way to get to know a new city. It would definitely offer a unique experience for travelers.
I have heard about this before, when Intrepid sent me a newsletter. It’s amazing that for the entire 2017 they are giving this for free. It’s a great alternative and I may use it if they launch a tour in Sao Paolo too, as I will be there for an entire day during a stop over. I agree that there’s nothing better than exploring the city with locals.
This is a great idea! The whole concept to explore a new destination with locals. It seems like a great experience for travelers.

That sounds amazing! I love meeting locals in the places that I visit because you get to learn a lot from them and they know everything that there is to see in their city! I think this is a great idea!

I always do that. Guide books doesn’t always tell us the authentic things which locals will tell us.
