   I used to think these were just regular pretzels until a friend explained the whole culture behind covrigi and how they are a daily staple for so many people. I love how they are not heavy or greasy at all, just pure baked goodness that you can grab on your way to work or school. This batch looks absolutely incredible, the golden brown color on the crust is exactly how they should look when they are baked right.
